Administration for appearing in the exam and obtain Liberian Licenses (Certificate of Competency) as Barge Supervisor. OIM , STABILITY BALLAST CONTROL & BARGE SUPERVISOR COURSE - These course are conducted in accordance with IMO Guidelines and are approved by LISCR (Liberian Administration) & Ospa.
Issue of License (Certificate of Competency) Setrac is approved by LISCR as the authorized examination center. Liberian administration will conduct exam only if you are working or joining a Liberian registered vessel. The examination fees has to be paid directly by your company on your behalf to Liberian Administration. On completion of the course, the candidate can apply to LISCR to undergo examination for award of COC. | COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY |
Course Cancelation Policy - Courses cancelled by students at least 2 days in advance will be eligible for full refund after deduction of INR 500/- as administration charges. Courses canceled 1 day before the course will be eligible for refund of 50% of fees. No refund of fees will be permitted after the commencement date of the course In case the course is cancelled by the Institute at any time, the candidate will get refund of full amount of fees within 7 days of such cancellation. |

- Online payment for Student Fee
The payment of fee (Hostel and Academic) is only through online process. The payments made are subject to following conditions:-
1. The Institute shall not be liable for payment of fee which is deposited to the wrong account due to quoting of incorrect information. No liability will be accepted by the Institute if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
2. The fee is non-refundable therefore, hence, not permitted to claim the refund through dispute route on banking.

Institute treats all the personal data obtained via Internet and Institute website as per Institute DATA Privacy Policy strictly and as per regulations set down for the protection of data collected from people visiting Institute website.
